National STEM Day

National STEM Day is November 8! Mentorship plays a key role in shaping the future of STEM careers. In the dynamic and ever-evolving world of STEM, having a mentor can provide invaluable guidance and support. We participate in shaping the next generation of technical thinkers through engineering internships designed to help students gain hands-on experience in our field. We also participate in continuing education with the ACE Mentor Program, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). In the big world of engineering, we know there is always something new to learn!
