Raymond Su, LEED AP

Raymond Su is iFactor’s Program Manager and manages complex projects requiring coordination between multiple disciplines and trades. With over fifteen years in the AEC industry, his responsibilities include overall project management as Prime Consultant, contract management, manpower coordination, communications flow, schedule, and deliverables.

Ray supports the project team by interfacing with them on a daily basis, coordinating meetings, requirements, and technical developments within the iFactor team, as well as with external team members. His main focus is to ensure the project is met on time and within budget.
