Raymond Su, LEED AP

Raymond Su is iFactor’s Program Manager and manages complex projects requiring coordination between multiple disciplines and trades.  With over a dozen years in the A|E|C industry, his responsibilities include overall project management as Prime Consultant, contract management, manpower coordination, communications flow, schedule, and deliverables.

As Program Manager, Ray supports the project team by interfacing with all of them on a daily basis, coordinating meetings and the requirements and technical developments within the iFactor team, as well as, with external team members. His main focus will be to ensure that the project is met on time and within budget.
