Serving as iFactor’s Office Manager, Amy has over 6 years of industry experience, along with over 20 years of office management experience. She oversees the administrative staff along with the internal office management of the El Segundo and Orange offices. Amy in responsible for facilitating company insurance, licensing, certifications, and managing employee benefits and payroll, along with many other tasks to ensure the staff and office run smoothly. Prior to joining iFactor, she worked in the hydroponics industry for over 10 years.

Fun Fact: Amy has an avid interest in all things horticulture!
