Samantha Kelley has experience with complex projects requiring coordination between multiple disciplines, internally as well as externally. She has extensive experience in the design of plumbing systems and mechanical systems.

She has completed mechanical and plumbing design for buildings including healthcare facilities, commercial offices, and food and beverage facilities. Samantha is skilled in heating load analysis, equipment selection, overall plumbing system design, and has an advanced understanding of standards and codes.

She is highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Equipment Selection software. Samantha’s main focus on projects is to achieve constructability, efficiency, reliability, and flexibility while ensuring that projects are met on time and within budget.

Fun Fact: Sam has fostered 15 dogs – and she kept two of them!
