iFactor Message on COVID-19

Our highest priority at iFactor is the well-being of our people, clients, industry partners, and loved ones. As circumstances rapidly evolve regarding the spread of COVID-19, citizens have had to evaluate the impact their day-to-day activities have on their health and of those within the communities in which they live and work. While we focus on our responsibility to help limit the spread of the virus, we want to reassure you that the iFactor team will remain committed to our engagements with our clients on ongoing projects.

As our communities rally together in the face of prolonged uncertainty, iFactor is closely monitoring guidance provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and local public health agencies. To remain vigilant, we have instituted a plan to have all iFactor team members work from home, in addition to general health, and safety precautions.

Our plan includes:

  • Bolstered IT capabilities to allow employees to seamlessly work from home, conduct virtual meetings, and have secure file-sharing methods.
  • External and internal meetings, presentations and gatherings will be via teleconference and video conference for the foreseeable future.
  • Construction site visits and client meetings will continue at the discretion of the parties attending in accordance with the directives from the CDC as well as our client’s direction.
  • Required minimum 14-day self-quarantine for employees who have traveled by plane for business or personal.
  • Enforcement of heightened personal hygiene and workplace sanitization for those who wish to remain in the office.
  • Cancellation or postponement of large on-site meetings and events.
  • Cancellation of nonessential domestic air travel.

These steps will allow us to prioritize both the well-being of our people and the community with little to no interruption to the high level of service to which our clients and partners are accustom. We will continue to closely monitor updates provided by WHO, CDC, and other agencies and update our policies accordingly.

Feel free to reach out to the team members you’ve been working with for any needs you may have as we are here to support our partners as best as possible. We are hopeful that by staying in close communication and practicing flexibility and patience, we will be able to continue business as usual through this truly unusual time.

We wish all our clients and partners continued good health and safety. We would also like to extend a special thanks to our healthcare partners for their dedication to the community at large.

Sincerely,

iFactor
